DevOps Services — Pipelines, IaC, Observability & Platform Engineering
End-to-end DevOps engagements — CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, incident response, and the platform that lets your developers ship.
What we build with DevOps
- CI/CD pipelines on GitHub Actions, GitLab, CodePipeline, or Azure DevOps
- Infrastructure as code with Terraform, CDK, Pulumi, or Bicep — versioned, policy-gated, and CI-applied
- Container platforms on Kubernetes (EKS / GKE / AKS), ECS, Cloud Run, or Container Apps
- Observability stacks with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, and managed APM (Datadog, New Relic, Honeycomb)
- SRE practice: SLO definition, error budget policy, incident command, and postmortem culture
- On-call rotation design, runbook engineering, and PagerDuty / Opsgenie integration
- Internal developer platforms (Backstage, custom portals) with self-service for app teams
- Compliance automation: SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, ISO 27001 controls implemented in code
- Secret management with Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault, or GCP Secret Manager
- Progressive delivery: canary, blue/green, feature flags, and automated rollback
- GitOps with Argo CD or Flux for Kubernetes; Terraform Cloud or Spacelift for cloud IaC
- Multi-region and multi-account / multi-subscription strategy
- Cost engineering / FinOps: tagging strategy, anomaly detection, monthly optimization passes
- Database operations (DBA-as-a-service): backups, performance tuning, failover drills
- Migration projects: on-prem to cloud, cross-cloud, and monolith decomposition
Why DiveScale
Built by engineers who ship DevOps in production
Good DevOps is invisible: deploys happen on demand, incidents are rare, and developers spend their time on product — not on the platform under it. DiveScale builds the boring-but-critical foundation that earns that quiet.
We start with where you are: a no-judgment audit of pipelines, IaC, observability, and incident posture. From that we propose a 3–6 month plan with measurable improvements — deploy frequency, lead time, change failure rate, MTTR — not vibes.
Our default stack is opinionated but not rigid: Terraform for IaC, GitHub Actions for CI/CD (or whatever your org runs), Kubernetes or ECS for containers, OpenTelemetry for observability, and a real on-call rotation with proper runbooks. We adapt to your existing tooling investments.
And we work across clouds: AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid. The patterns are the same; the tooling adapts. Teams should not be locked into a vendor by the way their platform was built.
Compliance is not a separate workstream. SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, and ISO 27001 controls live in the IaC and CI/CD by default. Evidence is collected automatically. Audits become checklists instead of fire drills.
We also operate. DiveScale runs platform engineering and on-call coverage for several clients, with clear hand-off paths back to their team when they are ready to own it themselves.
DevOps use cases we deliver
How we deliver
Our DevOps delivery process
- 01
Audit & baseline
We measure deploy frequency, lead time, change failure rate, and MTTR. Then we set targets that actually move the business.
- 02
Foundation
CI/CD, IaC, observability, and secret management — the platform layer everything else depends on.
- 03
Self-service
Developer-facing templates and platforms so app teams ship without waiting on a ticket.
- 04
Operate or hand off
We can run platform engineering ongoing, or train your team and hand off with runbooks.
