Pet care has moved fast — from listings to marketplaces to subscriptions to connected products. DiveScale ships pet-care software that fits both sides of every platform: the pet parent who wants ease, and the provider, retailer, or veterinarian who wants reliable income and clean operations.
We have built marketplaces, scheduling systems, subscription commerce, and connected device platforms across the pet-care space. The patterns rhyme with on-demand services and DTC commerce, but the trust dynamics around someone’s pet are tighter — onboarding has to feel safe, communication has to feel personal, and any failure (missed walk, late delivery, unresponsive collar) hits emotional weight that an Uber ride does not.
Our stack is the same disciplined foundation we apply elsewhere: NestJS APIs with typed contracts, Next.js (App Router) for client-facing and ops-facing UIs, Stripe Connect for marketplace payments and payouts, Auth0 for identity that scales from a single brand to a multi-brand franchise group, and Terraform-managed AWS so multi-region expansion is reproducible.
And we close the loop on connected products. Pet wearables, automated feeders, GPS trackers, and connected cameras generate data; we surface it as actionable signal for owners, vets, and behavior pros — not as a noisy feed. Firmware, gateway, cloud, app, and dashboard come from one team so the seams are engineered.
